Easy exercises for reducing belly fat

Yes, there are many fitness centres for reducing weight but if you don't get time for gym or you feel lazy for gym ,here are few simple exercises which you can do it in your bedroom , living room , balcony or garden .
Diet play an important role in weight loss but it's hard to say no to your favourite food ,
So what you have  to do is

exercise atleast 15 min a day ,

stick to 1500 calaries per day ,

add fruits and salad to your diet ,

take a walk ,

set a goal ( your weight at present and weight your want in future )

So let's begin with exercises

1 Jumping jacks


Jumping jacks is a very easy exercise ,you just have to stand straight ,hold your arms at your side and feet at shoulder width ,now jump and extend your arms overhead and extend your legs ,get back to original position ,repeat it for 20 times ,
                                                                                                                 
you can burn up to 100 calaries with this simple exercise ,just do it every  morning for 5 mins  

 2 Squats                                                                    

  
squats is a very good exercise ,it will  help strengthen your entire body, both your bones and your muscles ,good for your knees and increase flexibility 
simple exercise ,you just have to stand straight then bend your knees and back to original position ,following image will explain it ,do it for 15 times in one set .





3 Plank 



Plank is one of the best exercise you can do for the flat tummy ,also increases the strength ,

how to do ?

Lie facedown with legs extended and elbows bent and directly under shoulders; clasp your hands. Feet should be hip-width apart, and elbows should be shoulder-width apart.
Contract your abs , then tuck your toes to lift your body (forearms remain on the ground); you should be in a straight line from head to heels. Hold for 60 seconds or as long as you can.
Perform this exercise 3 -4 time ,it will only takes 5 mins of your day .

4 Push ups


                                        
Push ups is an  easy and effective exercise , almost all the body muscles are used ,what you have to do is just lay down on ground facing down and push your body up with your hands and back to original again , keep doing untill your  strenght is exausted , take a break then do it again ,
this exercise will make your muscles stonger , you will burn good fat with this exercise 


5 Crunches 

This exercise  effects the abdominal muscles , you can do it anywhere in home or outside , it is a good exercise for abs ,reducing fat from tummy ,
how to perform ?
lie down on floor on your back , bend your knees , cross your hands on your chest then lift your shoulders towards the ceiling using your abdominal muscles and stay for few seconds then back to the floor .keep doing for 2 mins  


6 Mountain climber

Very good exercise for burning calories ,full body work out , reduce belly fat ,built thai and abdominal muscles .
how to do this exercise ?
get into a plank position ,i already mentioned above ,now move you legs(one by one) towards your chest like you are running ,repeat this action ,


7 Bicycle exercise



No, you don’t need a bicycle for this. Thinking how you can do this? We’ll tell you. Lie on the floor and keep your hands either by your sides or behind your head as you do in crunches. Lift both your legs off the ground and bend them at the knees. Bring your right knee close to your chest, keeping your left leg away. Now take your right leg away and bring your left leg close to your chest. Keep doing this as if you are paddling a bicycle. 


8 Bending side to side 



This is a good exercise to reduce belly fat ,what you have to do is stand straight ,keep some distance in your feets ,now bend your body towards right side untill you feel strain in left and move your left arm towards sky ,hold it for 15 secs ,then back to original ,now same with the left side .


 These are the simple exercises you can easily do everyday in home(or anywhere else up to you) ,just stay fit and look healthy by only giving 15 mins a day .
